Ingredients
300 gram Green beans
300 roots, in slices
Store 800 ml of remaining cooking liquid
250 gram Tofu (tahu), diced
100 gram of Exhibitors
2 pieces vegetable stock cubes
200 gram bean sprouts
400 gram bamboo shoots, drained
Dash of oil to bake
Make Boemboe
3 small onions
2 teaspoons Laos powder
1 sizable teaspoon of Koenjit (turmeric)
4 pieces Kemirinoten
5 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon trassi
Half tablespoon sambal oelek
Drizzle oil
Step 1
Cut the roots into slices, halve the green beans and remove the sides. Boil the vegetables al dente. Store ~ 800 ml of boiling fluid — then rinse the vegetables with water and drain.
Make a boemboe of onions, Laos, Koenjit, kemirinoten, garlic, Trassi, sambal oelek and a dash of oil. Grinding to a smooth paste.
Step 2
Bake the Tahu in a pan and put it aside for later. Drain well on kitchen paper.
Step 3
Bake the boemboe in a spacious pan and let the fragrances be released well by baking equally well. Then add a block of exhibitors and the remaining cooking fluid of the vegetables. Put the fire lower, otherwise the Santen will schift.
Step 4
Bring to taste with vegetable broth cubes. This means that you do not have to add salt in principle. Taste and add (if necessary) salt to your liking.
Step 5
Add the bean sprouts and stir thoroughly. Next, add the leaked bamboo shoots. Stir well again. Now add the Tahu and bite vegetables as well.
Step 6
Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes on soft fire.
